Anne has had great success working with individuals and couples in finding their delicate balance in life. She has had the opportunity to work directly with clients of all different ages and walks of life. Each has his or her own unique story and foundation that is valuable and influential in their decision-making and
relationships. Areas of practice include; Depression, Anxiety, Loss, Past Trauma, Personality Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Family, and Couples. She recognizes that everyone is at a different place in the healing process and clients appreciate that she can meet them where they are. Anne teaches clients how to address stressors that are demanding our attention and distracting us from living well in the moment. Anne received her Undergraduate Degree in Behavioral Science and Psychology in Vermont and her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas. Anne utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with frequent strengths based approaches.
Anne grew up in New England and has lived in Arkansas for over 10 years. Some of her interests include: kayaking, hiking, creating art, and traveling. She also loves to spend time with her husband, daughter, and close friends and family.
