Beth Tellez is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, LCSW.  Beth has an extensive history of working with people who need extra support when dealing with a multitude of stressors such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues and marriage conflict, grief/loss, as well as anger issues.  Beth’s approach in therapy is one of compassion and empathy as she explores unique and individualized coping strategies with her clients.  Her easy approach to topics such as reducing symptoms of anxiety, healthy coping, relationships, and stress management help create a comfortable atmosphere in therapy. Beth has had great success in working with individuals with mood, thought, personality, and adjustment disorders.  Beth’s specialty is helping clients gain understanding of things that keep them
“emotionally stuck” and explore alternatives to achieve a healthier lifestyle.  

With 20 years of experience in the mental health field Beth has developed her vast skills in multiple types of clinical settings. During the course of her career, she has worked in inpatient behavioral health settings as a therapist, Clinical Director and as an Administrator of Mental Health Services at a Community Mental Health Clinic. 

Beth is a native of Arkansas, and has recently returned to her home state after living for many years in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.  She has a daughter in middle school and a son in college.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and children exploring the beautiful outdoors of NWA.  She also enjoys photography, reading, being creative through arts and crafts, and listening to her favorite music.
