Audrey is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 15 years of experience working in the mental health field as a clinician. Her specialties are working with people through depression, anxiety, internet/pornography addiction, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues. She also has expertise working with the LGBTQ communities.

Audrey received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, in 2001. She uses a variety of treatment modalities and techniques in her therapy which gives each client individualized attention catered to their treatment plan and goals. Some of these are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relaxation exercises. She is non-judgmental & believes confidentiality is of utmost importance.

Audrey considers herself a “free spirit.” She loves vintage VW’s. Audrey enjoys being outdoors experiencing nature. Other interests include camping, cooking, tennis, football, Native American flute music, and drawing. Of course she also loves spending time with “Peanut,” her Chihuahua.
